Only selected Active and Passive prepaid subscribers with a prepaid tenure of more than 6 months are eligible to participate. If you’ve received an SMS, push notification about this campaign, that means you’re eligible!
Step 1: Sign in to the MyUMobile App using a valid U Mobile mobile number and a registered email address.
Step 2: Review the plan upgrade requirements and tap "Start" to proceed.
Step 3: Choose any U Mobile’s Postpaid plan and tap on “Upgrade Now” to confirm.

The campaign runs from 13 May 2026 (10AM) till 11 August 2026 (11:59PM), and each 4. campaign week starts on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday.
Each week, the 100th customer who successfully upgrades from prepaid to postpaid during that week will be shortlisted as the winner of the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL.
Shortlisted winners will be contacted by U Mobile within 60 days after the end of each calendar month via SMS, push notification on MyUMobile App, or any other communication channel deemed appropriate by U Mobile.
You’ll need to correctly answer one (1) trivia question posed by U Mobile to be officially declared as the winner of the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL.
You’ll have up to three (3) attempts to answer the trivia question correctly. If you fail to do so after three tries, U Mobile will disqualify your entry, and the next eligible participant will be contacted.
If U Mobile is unable to reach you after three (3) voice call attempts, or you fail to respond within the timeframe stated in the SMS, push notification, or other communications, your eligibility will be forfeited and another participant may be selected.
No. Each eligible participant (based on NRIC) can only win one (1) Google Pixel 10 Pro XL throughout the entire campaign period, even if they upgrade multiple lines or plans.
The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL will be delivered to confirmed winners within 60 days after the end of the entire campaign.
Yes. To remain eligible for the prize, you must:
i. Keep your U Mobile postpaid account Active (not suspended or terminated), and
ii. Stay on the same or higher postpaid plan until the prize has been delivered.
Unfortunately, your eligibility will be forfeited if your postpaid line becomes inactive, suspended, terminated, or downgraded before the prize delivery.
U Mobile reserves the right to disqualify a winner under the following circumstances:
i. You fail to provide a valid delivery address after two (2) delivery attempts;
ii. You fail to provide the required details or information requested for prize fulfilment; or
iii. There is evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity or misconduct related to your participation.
If disqualified, you will not be entitled to any replacement, payment, or compensation.
No. Only upgrades completed using the “Upgrade Plan” feature in the MyUMobile App are eligible for this campaign.
